Nope, not in the slightest. You don’t need to know code or any other professional designer programs to customize your site. Everything is set up for you to easily make edits to your website, and you’ll be provided with all custom graphics and other materials, if applicable.

Due to the nature of templates being a digital medium, there is a strict no-refund policy. However, if you decide you want a different template, you can reach out to us at hello@rozdesign.co before your template is downloaded to your account and we can exchange your template for one of equal or greater value. Once your template has been delivered to your account, no exchange is possible.

To this we say: not possible. The nature of a Co-Style and Restyle is that you’re involved every step of the way. Depending on your chosen turnaround, you’ll be regularly reviewing each page as it’s built out. If you want any changes, they’ll be done immediately. This ensures that your website is built out efficiently and you’ll be 100% happy with the results.

For that one edit you just can’t figure out, or for other issues you need help with, we can set up either a screen-share video call or a designer can fix it directly. Both are charged at an hourly rate of $89/hour.

If you purchased a DIY template and feel like something is wrong with the template, reach out to us at hello@rozdesign.co and we’ll take a look. Most of our templates have custom code and while this should never present an issue, our guarantee is that you get free code edits for life if you run into any problems.
